1. If items are damaged or not as described, we accept return, exchange! If you need a return for refund or exchange for item, make sure you contact us first and describe the problems with the item! Items must be returned within 1 month from the date of purchase. Postage can not be refunded. Exchange for items are FREE!

2. For retailers who bought items from us, if some items you bought can not be sold and you want to return the unsold items, make sure the items are in their original conditions, new and sealed. And you have to return them within half year from the date you bought it! Please note, we only refund FULL price for the items, we DO NOT refund postage!

3. We only send our items after payment is cleared. If you paid by cheque or other method, payment might take longer to be cleared! We strongly advice to pay via PayPal, FAST and SAFE!

4. When we ship our items, we usually write lower value and package items in small packages, so when you receive the items, usually you do not need to pay any extra. But different countries have different rules, if in your country, customs work very strictly, make sure you write a clear note in your PayPal payment, how you like us to ship the items to you, what we should write on the package! If any tax occurred when you receive the item, you will need to pay for it. We do the best what we can to let NOT this happen when posting items to you.
